Grief Support Group- C.S. Lewis wrote his 1961 memoir "Grief Observed," about the death of his wife. He wrote, "No one ever told me that grief felt so like fear." All of us will at some time in our lives experience loss, but we do not have to do it alone. Our faith does not take away the pain of our loss, but it does equip us for surviving it. Like most things in faith, this is best done with other people who are going through the same journey. Rev. Dr. Trish Watson, Bereavement Coordinator at Hospice of St. Mary's and United Methodist Clergy, will be leading a 6-week grief support group that will meet here at the church on Sundays at 3pm, beginning November 8. To register, or if you have questions, please contact Pastor Trish at reverendwatson@gmail.com
