We currently have openings in our 2 –year old, 3-year old and 4-year old programs.

Mt. Zion UMC Preschool is a licensed Preschool

Located on Rt. 235 – 2 miles south of WAWA at Rt.5

2 year old Class: Tuesday, Wednesday or Friday (1 day program): 9:15 – 11:45

Class size: 6 children

Tuition: $65.00/month

Registration Fee: $25.00, Activity Fee: $50.00

Toilet training not required

The teacher for this program has a Master’s Degree in Psychology and her assistant has a B.S. in Psychology.

3 year old Class: Tuesday and Thursday: 9:15 – 11:45 or 12:30 – 3:00

Class size: 12 children

Tuition: $120.00/month

Registration Fee: $25.00, Activity Fee: $75.00

The teacher and the assistant for this program have extensive experience working with children and are Director Certified.

4 year old Class: Monday, Wednesday and Friday

AM class: 9:15 – 11:45; PM class: 12:30 – 3:00

Extended day on selected Wednesdays and students will bring their lunch.

Class size: 14 children

Tuition: $170.00/month

Registration Fee: $25.00, Activity Fee: $100.00

The teacher for the 4-yr. old program has a Degree in Sociology and a Maryland State Approved Curriculum will be implemented this year.

The assistant is an experienced substitute in St. Mary’s County Schools.

Preschool Director: Master’s Degree in Counseling, Maryland State Teaching Certification, Maryland State Child Care Credential Level 6, Extensive experience.

Activity Fee provides:

Snacks which frequently reflect the curriculum

Field Trip costs (transportation not provided)

Student t-shirt and tote bag. (3yr. and 4yr. programs)
